You don't necessarily need experience but it's important that you have a passion and appreciation for local radio; are able to work as part of a team; have an honest, reliable and professional approach and want to share Lincoln’s stories, places and people.
You might be someone from the broadcasting industry, now retired and wanting to share your valuable skills; a media student looking for practical experience for your CV; someone with useful and relevant transferable skills not necessarily from broadcasting. You could be someone who feels they have what it takes to add value to what we do!
