LCR FM 103.6's objective is to develop, inform and entertain the Lincoln community through community radio broadcasting which includes a combination of local news, enterprise, music, information, and educational programmes, all supported by community members, and local stakeholders.

LCR FM 103.6's philosophy is to broadcast programmes that will be a benefit to all in the community with a view to giving a balanced output targeted to meeting the needs of all. Our output will typically comprise of 75% music and 25% speech.

Our music output comes from a selection of many styles of music across six decades... Featuring The Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix, Carly Simon, Buddy Holly, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, James Taylor, Marvin Gaye, The Beatles, Shania Twain, Jamie Cullum, Katie Melua, Lily Allen, Michael Buble and many many more....

Transmission

LCR FM Studio is in the Heart of Lincoln.

The Radio Station transmits to the City of Lincoln on 103.6fm as well as the surrounding towns & villages for a 20 mile radius.

The station can also be heard online via our website, mobiles, tablets,Tuneinand via smart speakers.

Audience

LCR FM has 20,000 adult listeners in a typical week and the listener profile is adults aged 45 to 65 plus.

The Total Population of our marketing areas is over 250,000 adults.

The over 50's typically have 30% more disposable income than under 50s.

Our listening figures are derived from ongoing intensive surveys as well as the high level of interaction from our listeners both on-air and online on an ongoing basis.

We strive to work closely with our advertisers to deliver the very best cost effective radio campaigns and many of our advertisers have been with us for the whole 7 years of our broadcasting history.

Advertising Options

Choose the time slots when you know your customers are listening!

On the school run or morning commute? Working at home or listening in the workplace? At home during the day with the radio on? Collecting children from school or driving home? Choose two or more time slots for a 10% discount. Places limited to five advertisers per hour (we will confirm availability) – don’t miss out!

One play per hour, seven days a week. Take two blocks or more, 10% discount. Limited to five slots per hour.

30 seconds adverts. Creation charge £75. (£62.50 plus VAT)

*Monthly cost paid by standing order on the first of each month for that month. Three-month minimum run, afterwards rolling.

Cancellation: minimum of 14 days before the start of the final month (for example by middle of June for July to be final month).*
